I have creted a report who has products description or details. This reports has a page by product. Currently i am printing it in PDF to maintain a digital copy and then y print it on paper. This papers are distributed to differente persons depending the product.
The thing is tha i have to sit down and divide the papar report manually. I am looking to a way of printing that report in PDF but have it actomatically divide by product as a diferent file.
Instead of having one PDF report with 100 prodcuts i will like to have 100 PDF Product Reports. Haw can i perform this task automatically from MS Access? Felix Santana. Hi, I think this should be done via vba code. We can export an Access report to PDF format by this method: DoCmd.OutputTo The syntax is: expression.
